Reciprocating States (Family Relations Act)

 

Please Note: This was replaced by the Jurisdictions Declared to be Reciprocating States under the Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act. Effective January 31, 2003.

The number in brackets following each jurisdiction refers to the enacting B.C. Regulations made pursuant to the Family Relations Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 128, s. 118.
