Foreign Divorce Recognized in Ontario


Martinez v. Basail, 2010 ONSC 2038 (CanLII).  Justice Spies, from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, recognized a Cuban divorce as valid in Ontario.  From the Feldstein Family Law Group blog.
