Court of Appeal: Criminal E-Filing, Online Booking, and Updated Notices

From April 12, 2021: 

The Court of Appeal has made a series of updates, including their website and the revision of several Notices. 

As of April 12, 2021, criminal e-filing is optional for all. More detail is included in the revised Notice Regarding Modified Filing Directions in Civil and Criminal Appeals. Online booking of appeal dates is also now possible for hearings of one day or less. Please see the revised Notice Regarding Modified Court of Appeal Procedures due to COVID-19 for more detail. 

The Court of Appeal has also revised two other notices: Notice to the Public Regarding Videoconference Proceedings in the Court of Appeal and Notice Regarding Access to Court Proceedings during the COVID-19 Pandemic. All revised notices are linked below.
