From November 8, 2021:
Effective Nov 8, Provincial Court practice directions CPD-1 and CRIM 08 have been revised. CPD-1 was revised to reflect the Revised Consent Remand and Consent Requisition Forms, with CRIM 08 consequentially amended to reflect this revision.
A new practice direction NP 27 will come into effect on Nov 29 in order to facilitate efficient scheduling and operation of virtual judicial interim release bail hearings in the Interior Region of the province.
