From June 3, 2020, Supreme Court of BC:

COVID-19 NOTICE NO. 26 – RESUMPTION OF TRIAL MANAGEMENT CONFERENCES – CIVIL AND FAMILY MATTERS

The Court has revised and replaced COVID-19 Notice No. 23 to clarify that for civil matters where a jury notice has been filed and served, and the parties do not consent to proceed by judge alone, parties seeking to strike a jury notice may make an Application by Written Submissions.
