Supreme Court: Family Practice Directions and Updated Resources

From March 1, 2021: 

Chief Justice Hinkson has issued two family practice directions to clarify previous practice directions and incorporate the amendments made to the Divorce Act. A number of online resources have also been updated to reflect these amendments.
