The Supreme Court has issued the Policy on Access to the Court Record, which takes effect Monday, March 28, 2022. The new policy provides guidance regarding public access to the court record and replaces the former Court Record Access Policy. The new policy includes the Court Record Access Request Form as a means of allowing media and members of the public to request access to certain court records as set out in the policy.
