CLBC is presently seeking up to two or three new board members to join the board to provide strategic advice, oversee CLBC’s strategic and financial performance and oversee and advise CLBC’s CEO. Given the organization’s strategic priorities and the board’s current complement, we are looking for individuals with experience in a combination of the following priority areas:
- Financial expertise:
- financial literacy and financial reporting, particularly with non-profit organizations and preferably a CA designation
- IT expertise:
- experience in IT management and/or oversight of same
- Board leadership:
- board and/or committee leadership experience or interest
We also believe that a board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve strengthens our ability to achieve our mission.
