Peter Edelmann is a Vancouver-based lawyer focused primarily on litigation and appeals in the areas of immigration and refugee law, extradition and criminal defence. He regularly appears before all levels of the federal and provincial courts and various divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. He is an active member of the national Immigration Section of the CBA. He is currently an instructor with UBC Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures.
Nikhil Shah is a Southern California-based attorney with a immigration and nationality practice. He is frequently cited in publications and immigration law articles.
