Civil Litigation

The first part of this manual contains an annotated version of the Limitation Act of British Columbia. The second part of the manual covers other BC statutes and rules which have limitation periods. The second part is organized by subject and also has some case annotations.

This is one of the standard texts for civil litigation in B.C. It is a three volume set, which provides the interpretation that the courts have given to the various rules of the Supreme Court. The set provides a more comprehensive analysis of each rule than that provided by a simple annotated version of the rules.
