A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged on any request cancelled after we start work on filing the request. The cancellation fee recognizes the effort and expense involved in processing your request and starting to pull documents and materials to fill your request.
For orders charged to a client account, a $10 minimum will apply.
Lost and damaged material
When items are identified as lost, missing or damaged, CLBC assesses whether to purchase a replacement based on the same selection criteria used for purchase of new materials. Library account and cardholders are responsible for all materials borrowed and any charges incurred for lost or damaged items.
