Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following updates effective January 30, 2024:
New Small Claims Practice Direction: SM CL 04 Intimate Images Protection Act Procedural Requirements which clarifies procedural requirements for matters under the Intimate Images Protection Act.
Access to Court Records Policy which has been updated to indicate that only a party to the court file or their lawyer, or a person authorized by a judge, may search a court file under the Intimate Images Protection Act.
