Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following update which is effective November 15, 2023:
New Practice Direction: NP 32 Official of the Court under Rule 62(g.1) of the PCFR describes who is available to serve as an “official of the court” for the purposes of Rule 62(g.1) of the Provincial Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 120/2020.
