The Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act was originally cited as SBC 1958, c. 35.
Is there a current consolidated version?
The Act was consolidated in the RSBC 1960, c. 261. However, that was the last time.
According to the Commissioner's Preface, RSBC 1979, v.1, it states
"There is also a TABLE OF CONCORDANCE listing the public Acts from the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and subsequent legislative sessions to 1979, with the disposition of each Act shown opposite. Some of these are obsolete. They have been omitted from the consolidation but remain law until repealed. This is indicated in the Table by the words 'Not Consolidated'." The Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act was listed in this table as 'Not Consolidated'.
It was also not consolidated or included in the Revised Statutes of BC, 1996.
