Scottish Reports
Last revised September 21, 2018

The Scot’s Revised Reports (cited ScRR) is a 10 volume reprint series similar to the English Reports and the Revised Reports.

It seems to cover selected law reports published between 1707 and 1865.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a table listing the titles of nominate reports, nor does the Index to Legal Citations and Abbreviations by D. Raistrick or the Digest include references to it.

The volumes are arranged in date order and each volume contains a table of cases. Reporter reprints within each volume are in alphabetical order and the format is just like the ER’s, including the reporter on each page and showing original pagination.

So, if you are searching for an old Scottish series which we do not have, such as Robinson’s Scotch Appeal Cases 1840-41, it may be worth a quick check of the appropriate volume in this series on the off chance we have a reprint of the case requested.
