The speakers, who include Chief Judge Gillespie, Judge Ferriss, and Judge Mundstock of the Provincial Court, will discuss the types of matters BC Provincial Court handles, tips for preparing for court appearances (both in-person and virtual), and resources that self-representing litigants can use to prepare their court documents. This will be helpful to anyone who assists members of the public find and use legal information relating to Provincial Court matters, including public librarians and community workers, or anyone interested in learning more about Provincial Court matters and processes.
