(i) the following provisions of the Workers Compensation Amendment Act, 2022, S.B.C. 2022, c. 3, are brought into force:
(A) section 9, as it enacts sections 59.03 and 59.09 of the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1;
(B) section 13, as it enacts section 109 (2) (h.1) of the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 2019, c. 1, and
(ii) sections 4, 7 and 13 of the Workers Compensation Amendment Act (No. 2), 2022, S.B.C. 2022, c. 37, are brought into force.
