The Supreme Court has issued new guidance to the public regarding judgment delivery expectations and the circumstances in which a party or counsel may submit an inquiry to the Court regarding the status of a reserved judgment.
The new guidance replaces directions about inquiries concerning reasons for judgment previously provided in Practice Direction 27, which has been amended. An updated version of PD-27 is attached.
Please see the announcement on the Supreme Court’s website for more information.
