Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following new Practice Direction effective Friday, June 28, 2024.
CRIM 20 Language of Accused includes a form (Language of Accused PCR976) counsel may use to advise the Court that their client has been notified of their language rights under section 530 of the Criminal Code.
