Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following updates:
FAM 10 Electronic Signatures on Family Forms & Orders & Filing of Orders (effective December 13, 2023): adding section 3 regarding filing of a Family Order by email, and consequential amendments to title and purpose of Practice Direction; and
FAM 09 Consent Adjournment (FLA_FMEA): housekeeping update to para. 3.
