Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following updates effective August 3, 2023.
FAM 13 Affidavits & Exhibits for Use in Family Proceedings was revised to clarify “Purpose” and s. 1.
Bans on Publication Policy (BAN-1) was revised to remove reference to section 486.4(3) of the Criminal Code from section 3 further to R. v. Coban, 2022 BCSC 14.
