Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following updates effective July 17, 2023.
Revised CRIM 03 Practice Direction: Judicial Authorization Applications for housekeeping edits to paras. 2 and 3 and to update #2 of Appendix “A” that documents may need to be encrypted following Justice Centre rules; and
Revised NP 28 Current Court Operations changing Part IV, section 1 to reflect the current process of applications to vary bail by consent to be sent to the applicable local court registry.
