October is Personal Planning Month - ensure that your practice is up-to-date and learn about what legal documents are available in BC for adults to plan for current or future needs if they need assistance due to illness, injury, or disability. Learn about options for clients where capacity is in question, and more about the roles, responsibilities and duties associated with Representation Agreements and Enduring Powers of Attorney. The presentation will also briefly cover emerging case law in this area. There will be an opportunity for Q&A following the presentation.
