Citation of Acts

There is a specific way to cite both federal and provincial acts. Federal acts are cited in accordance with the Interpretation Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.I-21, s.40. BC acts are cited in accordance with Interpretation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 238, s. 43.
