The British Columbia Securities Commission Weekly Summary ceased publication in 2003. It is continued by the Weekly Report, accessible via the BC Securities Commission website.
Decisions and orders are now posted within Enforcement on the website.
Old decisions should still be cited to the Weekly Summary.
The correct format is: [yr] issue BCSC Weekly Summary page no.
Example: [1995] 14 BCSC Weekly Summary 39.
Newer decisions not published in the Weekly Summary should be cited using the neutral citation.
Example: 2006 BCSECCOM 705.
