These rules were made by the Judges of the Supreme Court of British Columbia for Proceedings under the Winding-Up Act.  They cover the process for winding up a company and came into effect on January 1, 1961.

The Winding-Up Act is a federal statute:

They were also published in the British Columbia Gazette Part II (available in most courthouse libraries), 1960, v.3, p. 389-421.

A separate copy of the Winding Up Rules is available in the Vancouver Courthouse Library.

On November 10, 2005 the British Columbia Supreme Court Judges passed a motion repealing the rules.  The minutes of the meeting are not public.
