Corporate Registry Notices (BC)

Corporate Registry Notices are lists from the Corporate Registrar of all the companies incorporated by the registrar on a specific date.  Prior to March 29, 2004, Registry Notices were published in the BC Gazette, Part I.  Notices published after March 2004 may be accessed on BC Laws.

Corporate Notices are notices published by companies.  The Business Corporations Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 57, requires companies to publish notices for certain activities (restorations, for example) in the BC Gazette, Part I.
