Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following update effective September 18, 2023:
- Revised NP 28 Current Court Operations includes updates to Part IV and Appendix A (#29, 30, 32) per revised CRIM 05 Hearing of Bail Applications regarding the hearing of bail applications in the Province (and rescinding CRIM 14 effective September 18 and NP 26 effective October 16) and clarification of default method of attendance at criminal pre-trial conferences and that criminal pre-trial applications are in person unless a judge orders otherwise.
As previously announced, the revised CRIM 05 Hearing of Bail Applications is effective September 18, except for the Fraser Region on October 16. The version on the website is the most current version.
