Supreme Court Announcement: Revisions to PD-4, PD-5 and PD-55

Effective October 17, 2023, Chief Justice Hinkson has amended three practice directions:

• Practice Direction 4 has been updated and renamed;
• Practice Direction 5 has been updated; and
• Practice Direction 55 has been updated.

An announcement regarding these revisions has been posted on the Court’s website.
