Chief Judge Gillespie has issued the following update effective Tuesday, February 20, 2024:
CRIM 18 Counsel Document Submission Protocol for Bail and Sentencing Hearings has been revised to add a clarifying note to the opening paragraph under “Directions” and housekeeping edits.
