Chief Judge Gillespie has issued a new practice direction effective April 4, 2025. CRIM 21 SOIRA Exemption Applications (S. 490.4 (1) (A) Criminal Code) provides the procedure for filing and hearing SOIRA exemption applications under section 490.04 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code.
