Chief Judge Gillespie has issued an update effective July 25, 2025, to FAM 11 Default Method of Attendance for Court Appearances Under the Provincial Court Family Rules [link to PDF].
- Section 6 was updated to reflect that the default method of appearance for all FMEA and ISO for appearances other than the exceptions mentioned will be hybrid and will not require an application
- Section 8 was added to reference the ability of counsel of record for a child to attend court remotely, except at trials and trial continuations
- Housekeeping and numbering changes were also made
