Effective 04-17-2026, Chief Judge Gillespie issued new Notice 37.
We combined three Notices (Notices 1, 5, and 13) about court locations for the prosecution of offences under Indigenous laws into Notice 37 Court Location for Prosecutions under First Nation Agreements and Treaties. The new Notice uses fewer words, clearer language and has a more welcoming look.
