The Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) oversees and administers the Residential Tenancy Act and the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act in BC, with the goal of helping both tenants and landlords have successful tenancies. The RTB also resolves disputes that may occur between tenants and landlords.
The RTB is currently offering an ongoing series of free webinars to help tenants and landlords in BC learn about their rights and responsibilities during a tenancy and their options for resolving disputes at the RTB. Each session is run multiple times to give more people the chance to attend.
