BC Supreme Court Announcement: Amendment to Administrative Notice 12 - Bankruptcy Hearings before a Registrar in Bankruptcy

Chief Justice Skolrood has amended AN-12 - Bankruptcy Hearings before a Registrar in Bankruptcy. Going forward, for both remote and in-person trustee opposed discharge applications, the trustee must provide its materials to the registry in advance of the hearing no later than 4 p.m. on the business day that is one full business day before the date set for the hearing.
