Free print referral materials for personal planning and seniors
Nidus helps people in BC plan for their future by providing information and resources about personal planning. Their website is a great resource for information on representation agreements, power of attorney, advance directives, and more.
Nidus has partnered with the BC Association of Community Response Networks (BC CRN) to provide printed rack and wallet cards to organizations around the province. These materials can be used to provide your patrons with quick information on personal planning and facilitate a referral to Nidus for further help.
You can order rack cards and wallet cards through the BC CRN website order form; they will print the materials and send them to you directly, all at no cost. Please note that it may take a month or so for printing and delivery.
BC CRN also has print resources on the following:
- Seniors First BC rack cards in English, Chinese, and Punjabi. Seniors First BC can provide legal help to seniors on a variety of topics, such as personal planning and elder abuse.
- Awareness materials on ageism
- Booklets about elder abuse, available in English and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
- Promotional brochures and rack cards for BC CRN programs, which are focused on educating community members on topics like elder abuse, neglect, and self-neglect awareness and prevention.
